ClearWay
Last updated: August 25, 2026
ClearWay ("we", "us", "our") is a personal alcohol intake and blood alcohol concentration (BAC) tracking app. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to provide the service to you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
ClearWay lets you optionally connect your LinkedIn account to share a summary of your drinking-habit trends. This connection is initiated by you and uses OAuth. If you connect, we only post content you explicitly approve and send to us for posting. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from the Share screen.
Any paid features are processed by our third-party payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not receive or store your full card details. Transaction data is handled by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Your data is stored securely by our platform provider and is associated with your account. Drink logs and profile data are only visible to you. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated drink logs at any time from the Profile screen — this permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by editing your profile or deleting your account in the app. To request export or removal, contact us using the details below.
ClearWay is not intended for anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from such individuals.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
If you have questions about this policy or your data, please contact Base44 support through the Base44 platform.
